|A free, legal and collaborative system to signal speed cameras on mobile phones.|
FoxyTag is a worldwide collaborative speed camera warning system working on mobile phones. Its particularity is that the system is self-managed: the drivers post tags at places where they see speed cameras, and a trust engine computes how pertinent each contribution is in order to automatically exclude malevolent users. This project started as a PhD in 2008 at the University of Geneva, and is now a company based in London. Currently, TaM uses FoxyTag and its thousands of users as test bed to evaluate new trust engines.
